At Kaiser Permanente Online Store, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and documentation are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
